Poland was a candidate too. Some of the most intelligent posters I have seen on flag boards were Poles. The ones on /bant/ are pretty good too, and there is also a lack of cancer. The cancerous Poles are all on /int/ making threads about Russia Germany and Poland.
Russia has god tier posters, but also cancerous posters. So they balance each other out.
I rate Americans on /bant/ higher than on other boards. Americans that some times get imported by imptrash are at the absolute bottom though.
Germany, my own flag, is usually great, but there are two lame discord teens that just post the same shit over and over again that prevent the flag from being at the top.
Most other European flags are just ok. Spain has SSP which the blue asterisk stands for. Italy is just some retard from /r9k/ reposting twitter screencaps and repeating some opinions he saw on some other 4chan post or reddit as "insights" but there are occasional good Italian posts. They could have been good posters if they weren't so retarded.
