They accomplish nothing but a circle jerk around a single character that in no way relates to the /bant/ culture at all and contributes no OC.
There is no originality here, just spamming continual images of an anime character that has no relevance to 4chan culture. She's not "random". And she's not "international". She's just an ice fairy, and there are plenty other of those.
