Its easy to drink too much.

Nothing wrong with an occasional spliff in the right company and correct circumstances.
Like at an evening on a beach with your woman, or after a long day of a long week when you want to wind down and relax.
Or with a group of chill friends that want to talk about philosophy and religion and spirituality and art.
Again even harder to find moderate levels because it sticks to your fat cells and gets released in the bloodstream when you burn it.
Stoners will have higher tolerance to it so peer pressure will make you take a couple puffs more..
