As for the incontinence during child birth, there's actually some evidence this has been selected for because it gives some of mom's gut flora to the baby, which helps aid digestion later in life. (See isn't biology fun?) C section babies like myself tend to have poorer gut flora diversity even much later in life. (and I can possibly personally attest to that.)
As for the morality argument, that's a load of phoey.
Just understand that you are taking risks, and if you are comfortable taking those risks, then it's okay.
