My show would be about a guy who is just trying to be Hitler. I realize from watching House of Cards you don't have to bother making things make sense so eventually he'd become the president of the whatever country I set it in.

Lot of the humour would derive from people accusing him of being Hitler and him holding his arms outstretched and asking if he looks like hitler. The joke would be he obviously doesn't look like Hitler but his semi-secret goal is to be Hitler. I have an image of the arms outstretched pose, I'll post it next. Part of his plan would be he'd act like Hitler just enough to spook the jews into fleeing the country but while still maintaining plausible deniability that he's not hitlerish so he can save himself the trouble of executing jews.
