Fellow Memers, I have an incredibly story to share with you about how I derived an overcomplicated way to extrapolate how many blocks are needed to build a pyramid based on its width; only to figure out halfway through (only because I asked for advice online) it's as simple as 'squaring' the initial width of your pyramid (x^2).
But I finished it anyways as an excuse to learn some programing
and the tool is right here for you all to use
enter the side length/width of the pyramid you want to build at the top and hit the run button on the left
then it will show you how many blocks are needed for each level and how many blocks total you will need
