What are the political implications of women liking assholes?

Experiment 1:
I started a new job and decided to do a little social experiment. My rules were to never look at someone when they are talking, never smile and never laugh at someone's joke. Ever. If they were talking to me I would reply with one word, only if it's a question.
I've done this in two new social environments and it created huge sexual tension. All the female colleagues validated me all the time, including the manager that was a bimbo and way out of my league. She would bend over on purpose in front of me and then tell me how awkward it is to be so close to each other in such a tight space. I'm not shutting you guys, for real. This usually never happens to me and I'm otherwise never liked by women, ever.

Experiment 2:
Do the same in another new job. There was only one cute chick and twenty chumps. She was all over me, always wanting my attention and trying weird ways to get me to talk to her. Inviting me to lunch even.

This is so annoying for me because I am a 28 year old guy who never had a girlfriend and only managed to get some 3/10s tinder slampigs to sleep with me.

I don't and can't constantly pretend to be an asshole only to get women to like me. Why are they such pieces of human shit?

It even checks out with what I've seen in the dating world. All my guy friends who have girlfriends are unempathetic and borderline retarded. All they think about is themselves.
My nice guy friends always struggled to get girls.
