>>15393104I honestly just think it's a side affect of Asian culture, and I say this as having lived there. Respect for parents is a lot more focused on, and believing shit your parents tell you about dating in the modern age is a death sentence for being appealing in the dating market.
Plus general socializing happens a lot less so they have less opportunity to learn how to behave, and instead just end up becoming bitter, and viewing women as some alien species.
