I honestly think that it's the moderators that you need to watch out for. Some users have strange behavior, like they know who's posting and immediately. A hacker stealing the information or an interested party paying the 4chan owners for the information, would still get a delay.
Moderators, however, can see things immediately So, I'm worried about those guys. And, they might be dicks who leak info anyways.
