Because while asleep you don't salivate and acid corrodes your teeth without mitigation
2. dental sealants
They prevent 80% of cavities
3. Braces
Crooked teeth leads to hard to reach spots which will darken as you age
4. Brush on morning, mouthwash after lunch, brush at night
5. Fluoride is good despite what fucking retards say
6. Never ever rinse after brushing

Been using it for 6 months and I DO LOVE IT.
My mouth has never been cleaner, not even close...the 'bluetooth' bit is stupid...who needs that?
Teeth cleaner lady said my teeth were cleaner when she cleaned them a few weeks ago.

You also only need a pea size dab of tooth paste not covering the entire thing like in adverts.

Another thing that does wonders not only for your teeth but for oral hygiene and sleep is taping your mouth at night to prevent mouthbreathing. That's a whole other red pill that changed my life.

you will feel amazing. dentists are a sham, literally salt water will fix your fucking mouth. make sure you get enough calcium and zinc, and your saliva will clean your teeth for you. salt water kills harmful bacteria.
