Turks came from the Asian steps and poured into Anatolia where over time they mixed with Greeks and Mongols because of the two Mongol/Timurid invasions.
The ottoman Turks used Christian slaves for their Jannisary corps and white women for their officials etc.
So they mingled much more with white Christians than they did with the Arabs.
Because they looked up to White beauties and White muscle but looked down on Arabs.
The Arabs mostly swarmed over Africa and Egypt/the Middle East
They are mixed with the African berbers.
The medieval mamluks were Arabs and Africans and they fought against the Ottoman Turks.
The Persians are even something else
Now it’s All Islam ,and Ottomans ruled the whole thing pretty much for some time so everything got mixed as well between Arabs and Turks but still today there is ethnically distrust and rivalry between both types.
