Beauty is little more than an extension of novelty. As novelty fades, so does beauty. Novelty never lasts and neither does beauty. You can look at a painting and deem that it is 'beautiful' but it will still have lost its sense of beauty over time.. Nothing lasts. I often get a sense of Hitler.
