it's actually crazy how people will just approach and talk to you in abroad, this literally never fucking happens in Poland maybe except like a minor smalltalk about something, it's pretty cool i guess but i'm just not used to it
my guess is that you have the best chance to find an IRL nagatoro somewhere like brazil, oceania, northen africa or rural southern europe. People in hot climates just tend to be more outgoing i guess
