I work for a global company in Europe that has several offices in the U.S.
Is there any way to get transferred to U.S. office or do the companies even usually do something like that? Basically L-1 visa doesn't really cost anything to company and there is no caps. It's also dual intent visa, but I still have difficulty to justify why company should move me to U.S. office.
