I had a mad pulsating tummy ache from eating too much junk food and smoking weed and i drank water with cooking soda. It neutralised the acid. You could say i became more based

I still don't get it. Also, it's called baking soda, not "cooking soda." Generally it's used in baked goods, not for making soup or cooking meats.

take 7 boxes of baking soda add it to 1 cup boiling water. sprinkle salt and pepper.

it's one of the best baking soda soup recipes I have ever made

baking soda is "soda" aka Na/Sodium which isnt really acidic or a base, but will still dilute the acidic properties of an acid, so it would work either way

Baking soda is a base. It does neutralize the acid. If you only wished to dilute the the acid, you would just add water.
