If you mean the native's religions, if you could call it that, then there are as many as there are tribes. Some are lost forever, some are still practiced. Though I have a little native ancestry, I have no idea who they were, their languages, and their deities.
If by "brazilian ethnic religion" you mean the religion the nation state known as Brazil was founded with, it was Roman Catholicism, without contest.
