>>15472525Take a shower every night before bed. Use soap on your entire body, and especially on areas like feet, armpit, balls, dick (pull back foreskin), neck, ears, etc... Wash hair with shampoo. Use deodorant after shower and in the morning. If you are going out you may want to use cologne beforehand. Just one sqirt on your neck, one on the nape of your neck and one one one wrist, then rub wrists together.
If you have full facial hair (not patchy) you have a choice between maintaining short and regularly groomed facial hair or shaveing. If you don't have decent facial hair, just shave every morning. Use shaveing foam and a decent blade, use aftershave.
Once a week you should cut your fingernails. Also once every few weeks you may want to cut back on armpit hair. If you are sexually active you may want to do the same with genital hair.
It's not exactly hygene, but i suggest regular sports and eating decently. Cooking is easy to learn, cheaper than ordering and far more healthy. Buy a cookbook or find a good website. Sports are healthy and once you get over the first two weeks when it's really hard, it becomes a lot of fun.
