So what say ye, lads? Is taking your shoes off before you enter a home based or cringe?
Do you take your shoes off before entering other people's homes or do you stand your ground?
There seemed to be a lot of varying opinions on yesterday’s thread split among political, cultural, and even biological lines; therefore, this is entirely on-topic.
In America we walk through every room of the house with the same shoes we wore outside. For that reason, I say shoes in the home is based.
A little dust or mud never hurt anyone, plus that’s what vacuums are for.
