fuck bros i lost another 5 lbs today down to 166. I gotta keep eating. I gotta eat more. no no no. I gotta keep eating. god give me the motivation to keep eating. im so full. 3 days I lost 4 pounds wtttttf I had 850 calories of yogurt EACH day not counting my other food. aaaaaaaa. noooooo. Stop drinking water and drink juices/smoothies/whatevers. Sugar and stuff like that doesn't actually help. You need eat a lot of food but it's needs to have actual nutritional value. You need to find out how much calories you use in a day and go above that. Alcohol also encourages fat deposition so just drink tonnes of beer with your meals. Make sure you exercise while you gain weight.

This isn't high calorie though. 4300 calories thereabouts and insanely high carbs with no fat. You've posted more about the fat content since though.
