Read enough philosophy so you can reword your simple phrases or even repeat them in the same argument with rheological use of words
Like instead of saying "ure opinion dumb lole"
Say
"The statement you provided lacks its intellectual aspects due to its poor provision represented by "insert some fancy word here thats has a simple to no connection to what you are saying or what you think about the opinion like "generalization" "
That way the opponent wont have time to think about a proper reply cause they would think theyre dumb and try to see how to break a very simply made statement without realizing it being simple and plain.

yes i want to read more about philosophical logic, it is interesting and will help with my maths
