>>15498788For most of it's history romans considered "aryans" in a similar fashion to how we consider maghrebinians and levantines.
Eventually assimilated celts and migrant germanics settled on roman territories where urbanization made life better than in a tribe (similar to modern migrations) but for most of the time blonde hair or blue eyes were considered a sign of being the son of a prostitute, as most "germanic" women were actually hookers in Rome.
For the times of the rise of Caesar (which was actually nordic) germanics and celts had migrated and been assimilated to the extent that they were normal in roman society, a society that was collapsing on it's own weight, ethnically, economically, but specially politically.
Imagine if in 50 years a mexican- american politician wins the elections, establishes a dictatorship, integrates Canada and then leaves the control of the US to another mexican-american person. Imagine if most of the US becomes hispanic and then thousands of years after the collapse of the US people say americans were actually all latinos.
Rome was actually a NWO-esque state where everyone was dependent on slaves, lived in the "commieblocs" of the time, and were miserable in massive, multicultural megalopolises under a draconian state that tried to eliminate or assimilate thus destroying most ethnic barriers and vernacular cultures in favor of their "universalist" culture, all fueled by lots of technical innovations that slowly faded into stagnation alongside an insignificant number of literature, philosophy (they were all plagiarizing greeks), poetry or arts (gigantic pre-made structures without any spirit) for the years it lasted while degenerancy ran rampant and corruption was the most innate characteristic of the goverment.
Rome was a very similar thing to the US, or to the UN if it was a state.
