I had the idea once to create a miniaturized nitrogen plant to supply a community or two - small enough to fit into a standard 2 car garage. But I never moved on it. More's the pity.

Experience-wise, I am sort of a generalist. Everything from materials science to engineering to blueprinting and Grug-tier practical chemistry
Realistically, I fall somewhere along the Engineer/Mechanic spectrum - with sideways paths into weird alleyways
Example: For some reason, I know how to make leather goods
Not just "make leather goods" but how to harvest the animal, skin it, process the hide, what is needed to convert the hide to leather, how to make those things and the chemistry behind them, and then create whatever is needed from the now-leather hide
I do not know why I know this. But, I do.
So, if the subject of conversation appears to be outside my experience and I suddenly pipe up with a suggestion, don't hand wave it away... XDD
