A. That was part of Trump's agreement and was already in the works long before Biden took over.
B. Biden still managed to fuck that up by taking the current agreement that they'd be out by X day and telling them he's pushing it back and everyone else can eat shit because they wanted to make it "symbolic" by having the pull out happen on September 11th instead of the day Trump agreed. The reaction and sudden pushback by the Taliban caused the Afghan pullout to be one of the biggest foreign policy disasters our country had in decades when all he had to do was go with the plan that was already in place.
