if you are a complete fatass i dont think that you can "eat healthy" just like that. you'll fuck up eventually and only be able to commit to a diet for a week tops before cheating
you need to do a few 48 fasts first (only drinking water) to rewire your brain and ween yourself off all the additives they put in shitty food, youll also realise that you probably dont even need to eat that much. you can do a 24 hour fast at first, even that will be hell but every fast after that will be better
after you get to a manageable weight, then consider getting on a good diet and hit the gym
