The only reason Twitter shows you when people "like" replies to your post is so you feel guilty when bots agree with the person opposing you more than they agree with you.

Its psychological-manipulation 101. If "the group" disagrees with you, you're more likely to change your opinion to theirs in order to "fit in". Smart anons won't fall for this but its a simple-yet-effective tool to keep normies down.
