2nd map - every single study regarding height has been highly politicized in the last 40 years due to selection bias and inignificantly small test size. Just to put into perspective, as stated in the wikipedia page, the last height census in Albania was in 2000 where 26% of the population was measured. In Serbia that was in 2007 with less than 1% of the population measured. Make of that what you will.
3rd map - It is entirely based on Richard Lynn's theory of wealth and intelligence balance. Lynn's method of calculating intelligence is not based on IQ tests but on national income divided by population per region. Just a few years before the 2006 release, Lynn's estimates showed Serbia's iq at 89 but Albania's at 92. Lynn also explicitly mentions Albania asan outlier in his book because his entire theory was coming apart because of it.
4th map - The map shows aversafe deaths by guns, but is mislabeled as national homicide rate, which is disingenuous at best and intentionally misleading at worst. Accounting for all homicides, not just gun related, Albania scores significantly lower compared to many eastern European countries.
5th map - Communist Albania has boycotted almost every Olympic game held since the 50s, again, disingenuous at best and intentionally misleading at worst. It's also Ironic considering Evangelios and Konstantinos Zapas, who reintroduced the Olympics to the modern age, were born in Labova e Madhe, Albania.
