This week I sustained with 100g of salami sticks per day, my body just has enough fat to keep running. Was a tad tired but that's to be expected, also explosive runny shits because I run a zero carbs kind of keto. Up to 60g of carbs still kinda works, is slower but easier to deal with supposedly, I just prefer to keep carbs out of the home entirely so I won't even think about eating them out of boredom.
Chewing Tobacco and coffee also bridge the gap if your mouth feels empty. The initial weight loss is mostly water reservoirs you build up whenever you eat carbs, it's motivating but that pace will NOT keep up during the whole thing, you can still lose a lot quite quickly without changing your activities much at all.
Sports is of course a great idea to add to it, but if you're lazy as shit and need something to motivate you, just seeing the number go down initially helps with that. Just plan out a routine over on /fit/ (read the fucking sticky) for when you lost enough to build back up. Also look into /fit/ diets to swap to, the runny shits really fuck with one's lifestyle since you can spend up to one hour on the shitter in the initial keto phase if you don't exactly know what you're doing (I'm told that's from not enough fat and fiber or something, I have no idea). It's usually just the first week.
