It really doesn't matter what you do in life, only society has told you that sitting in on your computer all day is worse than having a nice big house with a hot wife, there is no actual logical reason for it being worse.

Society is right in this case. Humans were never meant to sit in a chair all day and masturbate to child porn or post on 4chan.

I guess it could be justifiable if you spent the day on a computer writing books, or programming or doing some sort of research or anything that can be deemed productive but let's be honest - how many NEETs actually have the self-motivation to do that? Surely at least 99 out of 100 are not capable to be self-motivated to work in this way.
