I think you're right. I had a dream where I was in a space station and had to sacrifice myself to save my crew. Then I had to kill people by choking them for some reason. It was melancholy the entire time. Thank you for reading my dream journal.

i most often have violent dreams after i have spent time with people I dislike, and i have sexual ones when I haven't jerked off in a while

I wish my dreams correlated with reality so I can make sense of them but mine are random af. I use to have the same reoccurring dream where I would drown to death. Like actually die and acknowledge I'm dead in the dream but still be dreaming. When I do die and continue to dream, I feel the weight of the world off my shoulders. It's like literal freedom.

I do not recommend doing this as dreams by the most part are meaningless while it also allows hostile entities to peer into your journal of choice, something which they couldn't have done to your mind were it strong enough.
