Another one that scared me so much it stuck with me was a Smokey Bear ad I think? Well, it had a woman and she tore her face off like a mask and her voice got all distorted and turned deep and she said something about how the viewer wouldn't pay attention if she didn't turn into the bear or something along the lines of that. Really frightening.
