Is it common for women to cry at work?
There's a lot of tweets about how women lock themselves in the bathroom to cry for a while after being told off by their bosses or after an argument with a colleague. Even a female coworker I had once admitted to take breaks to cry because of her anxiety.
Does anyone here knows if this is a common occurrence? How can women perform in the workplace if they can't keep their emotions in check? How can they get in positions of power if they take breaks to cry?
