i took 50mg of gluconate allegedly, it should be just 7mg of pure zinc but from the reaction i had i'm thinking it's 50mg of pure zinc, i'm gonna wait until i'm feeling fine again and breaking the pills to 1/4 and see if that doesn't make me feel like shit

i just read the thing more carefully and it's actually 50mg of pure zinc, i got no idea why would anyone even sell this since that's overdose levels of zinc, it even says to take daily, i guess i'll just have to cut the pills up into small pieces now or just throw this to the garbage and buy a new one with a safe dosage
