Are you a stoner? Cause I am and that shit kills dreams man. I have six months writing my dream journal, but just two of these have been periods of active dreaming, and it's just when I stop doing weed. I also meditate 10 mins before sleep, the first week is hard to maintain discipline but having a good sleep schedule is basic to let the mind fly. I was doing this for one month and sometimes I had like 3 or 4 crazy emotional dreams each night, for several weeks until use drugs again. I also have a month smoking weed so I haven't dream LOL
