>there is loads of room ahead of her
>voice on speaker asks for my order
>I'm not close enough to the speaker
>have to yell out to lady "excuse me could you move up a little bit please"

Did I do something wrong? I was driving a work van if that makes any difference

Last week I ordered a coffee, and the person in front of me who just received their coffee pulled like 2 feet away from the drive thru window and parked their car right there. I waited patiently and then honked my horn a little bit to indicated they weren't parked in a great spot.

Do people have no self-awareness? How can a person drive a car and yet be unaware of their surroundings? The most logical explanation is these people were intentionally trying to upset me for their own entertainment. There's no way they were actually as aloof as they seemed

I think next time this happens I should get out of my vehicle and approach the vehicle in front of me to ask if everything is okay.

yes, we understood. You have to wait until she completely vacates the space in front of you. It's annoying to keep waiting, but that's all you can do. It avoids trouble.

Obviously you didn't. Canadians are just way too agreeable. I used to have a shit job working telemarketing where we only called you people because 90%+ of you will literally sit on a phone and listen to a breathless four-minute scripted sales pitch without interrupting or hanging up.
