japan is of course excellent
china, korea, some times they are even better than the japs
south east asia, they are worse than the above, but some of them can still pass.
india i can't name on single person from there that draws
and the middle east of course you can forget because of the phobia of drawings they have.
america's problem is that they draw talking animals instead of better things like humans
europe has its own style, but it is influenced by both america and the east. sadly we have the talking animal disease too. but i think it wont be a problem since eastern art style is more popular here.
