Maybe. Probably not. But maybe. What if it's super dry and it can't lube itself, and lube is a lost technology so it's not like you can lube it up yourself. Would you just use spit? Are there freaky Ghoul STDs? At this point, wouldn't it be easier and cheaper to capture a feral one, clean it up, and keep it as a sex slave?
