First batch of homemade alcohol is successful
The sugar wash smells and taste a little like a mild white wine or sake.
Mead taste good and almost taste like a sweet beer. I do not recommend adding juniper berries for flavoring but strawberries are good.
I will continue to experiment with different ingredient amount and fermentation process.
I will also test making alcohol out of fruit. Hard cider is going to be the first one to try, of course.
