we can't search the external world for the reasons of why we feel the way we do all the time, so don't feel bad for coming back in a time of weakness. we're only human, and make mistakes all the time, but this is no mistake. striving for happiness will only make it just out of reach. it's when we learn to stop running from this very moment, is how we can learn to fully appreciate it, and value the totality of our existence.
