You took the time to do it, you had the energy capacity for it to happen, and you were in the state of mind necessary for it to occur. Basically you can cause any number of conscious effects through energy or extrasensory perception simply by creating the proper conditions.
There is a chakra above the crown called the soul star chakra, which is what gives you cosmic vision, and can be used to teleport to other planets.
Most planets in our solar system aren't suitable for our form of life, but the energy bodies the chakras are capable of projecting are suitable for mars and venus, and many moons. Jupitor seemed to heavy and saturn energy is more a magnetic intelligence than a solid place, as far as I can tell.
But there are other planets in the galaxy suitable for teleportation of embodied form, though I consider such things a form of dreaming rather than an experience of physical chemistry, yet I still experience chemistry from my astral view in various ways.
I think its called an elemental body when ones consciousness takes psuedophysicality on another planet.
But planetary teleportation is difficult, and dangerous, should not really be attempted without a cosmic intelligence level spirit guide, though its possible otherwise.
But simply viewing the cosmos with your consciousness has very little risk. Basically you turn your aura into something like a holographic computer display or spaceship windshield, and use your imagination to craft an experience of your awareness coming into self knowledge at various points across the cosmos. You sort of make a wormhole or hyperspace bridge through which energy travels instantly.
These abilities can be developed, controlled, and mastered. I myself have only really done enough to realize the possibilities, but not fully control my access to them.
But god has told me our souls are eternal.
