What should i do with them? I smoked the last batch, and i kinda want to do it again, but on the other hand i kinda want some variety.
But also i REALLY don't want to bother with descaling them which limits the options a lot and smoking is the objectively optimal choice. Maybe i can smoke them but with herbs instead of just salt? Is that a thing? Do people do that?
