People like to melt in places and feel accepted, its natural, but well /bant/ is a random board... so as you said there should be more diverse posting, theoretically.... , more friendly posting, open minds and funny discussions...
No need to feel forced on a certain way, this way you will make people feel forced too and this board turns into another plain red board
