Everyone should die when they hit 24 or 25. There is no point living past this age. Cope all you want but I don't see the point going past these ages when your entire body is failing on you.

No amount of exercise will reverse the aging. Your body is still getting shittier even if it may be at a slower rate. When you're young, your body is only growing. 24-25 is where your brain stops growing and bones stop retaining calcium. Physical strength can be peaked here if you workout. Otherwise, everything will inevitably go down.
