Why can’t Americans hold their pee?

On my flight from Tokyo to LA today there were tons of Americans needing to pee constantly, meanwhile I peed once in the whole flight.

Idk a lot of american mud people on my flight, as well as Japs and a few random others like me.

I just don’t get needing to pee constantly, I drink enough water and am not dehydrated, but I still don’t feel like I need to rush to pee constantly.

Not holding pee, just not really needing to all the time.
Usually I don’t take US routes/carriers but today I did and it was eye opening to see every toilet constantly full for the entire 10h trip
