i tried to breath while swimming today
i could swim a small distance before losing my balance and needing to restart
it still feels so foreign to me; i don't know how to compose my body in the water
i kept trying, but my attempts became sloppier and sloppier the more i tried
maybe my expectations are too high for myself, and i should just focus on having fun in the water, exploring what it's like to move around in it more than pushing myself to learn something i am not yet ready for.
i will come to it naturally, so there is no reason to push myself. just go with the flow and let it take me.
