I'm making my 2nd batch of mead. The first batch got me drunk on 1 glass. I'm also making 2 batchs of hard cider and I'm going to freeze one of them to make Apple Jack.

It's super easy and I highly recommend it. The only issue is that honey is expensive and you need a lot of honey. You can make a gallon of hard cider that is just as strong as mead and it would cost less than $5.
