This is easy as fuck, it's loaded with a mix of fat, protein and micronutrients and it tastes better than just boiling water for packet ramen or some shit. Plus you only dirty one pan, a bowl and a couple of utensils to make it; so cleanup is easy as fuck:
>peel and dice an onion and a couple of cloves of garlic
>dice a couple of slices of bacon and a couple of sausages (any sausage is fine really)
>put a little bit of oil in a pan and get the heat going nice and strong
>put garlic and onion in the pan, sprinkle some paprika on them and stir frequently to avoid burning
>put some broccoli and spinach in a bowl with a tiny bit of water, cover and microwave on high for about five or six minutes at very most
>throw sausage in the pan with the garlic and onion, stir for a few minutes, then as it begins to brown, throw the bacon in, as well
>you can beat an egg or two and throw them in the pan at this point and stir if you want to, but it's just adding a little more meal bulk, as well as fat and protein to the mix; it isn't necessary at all, though
>veggies should be done by now, throw them in the pan with everything else
>pour a tin of baked beans in and heat for a few more minutes at most until the beans are properly heated
>serve and eat
It looks like absolute slop, but it tastes reasonably good and keeps you full for hours.
