>>15803009i've been enjoying cartoons more then anime recently, mainly because it's something different and i like how it's light hearted. i was getting a bit tired of the whole "I CAN'T WIN I'M LOSING AGAINST THIS BAD GUY" *insert flashback asspull retcon power up that took little to no training* "AARGHH NOW I CAN FINALLY BEAT THE BAD GUY". i still like both of them, it's just that i was getting a little tired of that trope, although American cartoon focus WAY too much on romance and shipping drama at times
