I've come to embody /SIG over the last year. Went from 35% body fat to 12%. Just completed a 3 day 75 mile backpacking trek carrying a full load out in the western foothills. I feel healthy, strong and reasonably happy, but I find that my distastes for the decadence of the west has grown. People who I once considered my friends just seem pathetic in their indulgences. They are all entranced by the things they consoom. Everyone seems to have an excuse not to do anything or get anything done yet complain when it isn't done. Women now approach me, often young, but I find them to be insufferable in their desires and lack of morale character. They try to make up for their inability to hold a conversation about matters of substance with physical charm and persuasion.

The only thing I have yet to explore is to dive deeper into the religious community. On first appearance I am repulsed by the frail bodies that attend these communities. It seems that being weak is a virtue to the christian ethos. I have never witnessed a strong priest that valued strength or the ability to defend oneself. Am I wrong in this belief? Should I give it another try? And if so where should I start and what can I gain?
