i used too much exposition. if i were to show all the things the characters are talking about this would triple in length
none of the characters stand out, they're all pretty flat. then again i consider characterization to be pretty much my weakest skill in a list of literary weaknesses
after watching vivy i realized i made the mistake of not including ai of any sorts, so i decided to make them appear. a little bit, in the part i'm writing next. not very exciting
if i were to point out a positive...uh. i think the plot is decent? there's no big twists and turns and no deep complex storytelling but i think i did a serviceable line of events. it's basically how i write, around things that happen. then the details fall into place, if there is a place for them
my use of language was considered immature by some critics in the past. i would be interested to know what you think about that bit
