I mean, just take the process of creation. Every dump idiot can tell that it didnt happen in 7 days and not in that order.
And the bible is full of fucking nonsense.
I probably could live with a few flaws here and there. But if the modern christian way of believing is just telling everyone 'the bible is more a guideline believe what you want XD' then I just can't feel the connection to the spiritual side of life.
Is it just that it is basically outdated?
I mean we could write such good stuff about the flow of life and death and the uncertainty of our origin and the cycles of nature. You know? Stuff that will really grind everyones gears.
